For our second project in Architectural Visualisation, we were tasked with finding a real estate listing for a house in poor condition. The assignment involved selecting two rooms and designing a renovation proposal for them. I chose a house located just outside Klippan, a small town in Skåne. Interestingly, the house was a former train station, which added a unique historical element to the project.

My goal was to create a design that felt modern while still preserving the charming country-style vibe of the property, striking a balance between contemporary functionality and rustic character.
